Who I am?

"Shaping the Future, One Cut at a Time"

...It is a phrase that invites us to reflect on how our daily actions can influence the future. Every small step we take in the right direction brings us closer to shaping the future we want. It is important to remember that change does not happen overnight, but is achieved with perseverance and dedication in each step we take towards our goal.

I am Ricardo Arias, an innovative Mechanical Engineer and the CEO & Founder of Ricardo Arias Academy, the leading institution in the training of 3D Creatives. With more than a decade and a half of experience, I have mastered the use of CAD programs such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD and FreeCAD, designing machinery, molds, structures and various parts for the industrial and food sectors.

My experience as a teacher includes more than 4 years as a teacher in the area of Engineering at the prestigious Autonomous University of Manizales. In addition, I have led design and project development teams in several prominent companies in Colombia.

Currently I am still active in the metalworking industry for a prestigious company in the State of New Jersey, carrying out the design and manufacturing plans of stairs, handrails and railings in steel, aluminum and stainless steel.

My goal is to continue innovating and leading in the field of engineering, providing creative and efficient solutions to the challenges of the modern world.
